Google is going to close hosted Adsense for Domain Program.

Google  send email to their participants in its hosted AdSense for Domains (AFD) today to inform them that the some times controversial program is headed for closure in mid April. The change will only affect domains that Google hosted.
After evaluating the benefits of our partner network, we’ve decided to retire the Hosted domains product within AdSense, Google  wrote in the email. “Going forward, undeveloped domains will only be served through our existing AdSense for Domains distribution network.
Google  linked to a migration guide on its site (some links from which are not currently functioning), which advises that hosted domain AdSense participants move their sites to other third-party domain parking providers, such as Domain Sponsors or Sedo , which already have relationships with Google  to serve ads.
After April 18, Hosted domains will become inactive and owners will no longer be able to earn from them. On July 27, AdSense users will no longer be able to see the Hosted domains in their accounts. Account holders will not be able to create new Hosted after March 21.
It’s not clear what is happening, if anything, to AdSense for Domain participants who do not have their domains hosted by Google . We’ve reached out to Google  for some clarification and will update when we hear back.

How to resolve broken link issue in website or blog ??

In a website broken links are nothing more than links inside your website that point to pages that don’t exist. This includes both links to pages inside your own website and links to pages on other websites. What the main reason of a broken link? May be the page you linked to existed in the past but got deleted; maybe you simply used the wrong URL when creating the link. In behind reason, whenever a user clicks on one of those links he will see a frustrating 404 error page.

It is easy to see how broken links can negatively affect the user experience inside your site. Apart from annoying your human visitors, though, broken links also upset search engine bots, and if your site has too many of them, your search rankings might suffer. This is because Google will assume that any website with a large amount of broken links is a poor quality or abandoned website.

For these reasons it’s recommended that you check for broken links on your site at least twice a year. Now if you have a large blog or website it would be impossible to check all the links manually right? Luckily there is a great tool which already worldwide using that you can use for this purpose, called Xenu’s Link Sleuth, or simply Xenu.
Don’t worry. You won’t need to pay anything. Just download it and install on your computer (it only runs on Windows). The design of the site is horrible, but it is a legitimate project. Once you have the tool running, just type the URL of your website and it will start crawling all the links. Link verification is done on “normal” links, images, frames, plug-ins, backgrounds, and so on. You will be able to follow the process, and in the end you will see a report with all the broken links, redirects, valid URLs and more. It is really a nifty piece of software, and a must have on the tool-belt of any webmaster.

Twitter agreed into partnership with Yandex.

Twitter and Russian search engine Yandex have agreed a partnership that will allow Yandex to show new tweets in its search results almost instantly, as Twitter becomes an increasingly important source of real-time information.

Twitterwill give Yandex access to its so-called fire hose of all public tweets, the two companies said on Tuesday, in an agreement similar to the one the social short-messaging site has with Microsoft's search engine, Bing.

According to Yandex's blog search manager, said in his statement- "People share news, exchange opinions and discuss all sorts of matters in real-time all the time. This kind of information will help us enhance our search results."

Yandex
has more than 60 per cent market share in Russia, ahead of Google with about a quarter of the market, although global leader Google has recently begun to erode its lead.

Google
no longer partners with Twitter, favoring its own fledgling Google+ social network for social search results. Asked about a possible renewal of a partnership with Google, Twitter's Underwood said: "Anything's possible, but there's not really an update to provide there at this time."
Twitter has more than 100 million active users and 400 million visitors per month. Its valuation tops $8 billion, even though it has not yet established a money-making model. Google+, which is more akin to Facebook than Twitter, has 90 million users.

Twitter
and Yandex declined to give financial details of their agreement. Microsoft has been reported to have paid $30 million for its deal with Twitter. Yandexreaches about 2.8 per cent of global Internet users, according to Web metrics firm Alexa, while Bing reaches about 3.4 per cent.
